Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Refunds cannot be issued on opened packaging. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping of your package. You should consider using a trackable shipping service.
Please contact our office at +1(306) 713 0228 to pre-authorize return or email email@example.com and we will email you a refund/return acceptance. Shipping costs paid during the purchase are not refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
All orders should be shipped from our warehouse within 24 hours upon placing the order.
As we ship out within 24 hours, cancellations must be done within 2 hours from purchase.
Upon successful cancellation, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is not available. You must start a refund if this is the case.
