There is a difference. As a person who is always on their phone, I always felt a hot sensation on my ear when I am on long calls. After sticking this on my phone, the hot sensation is significantly reduced! I have always suspected there is something wrong with phones, but I am now more assured that the electromagnetic radiation is significantly reduced.

My phone battery is always getting depleted as fast as possible, it could be the newer version of iphone OS on an older iphone. I bought this radiation sticker obviously for the protection effects, but surprisingly my iphone battery last longer than before. For example, I need to charge THREE times every day. But with the sticker I'd only need to charge it once a day despite heavy phone usage. 5 stars! I would be buying more for my family!

I bought this to try last year on Black Friday and I couldn’t be happier! I’m using an iPhone XS and I’m always on the phone because of work.
